Mission Statement of the Charismatic Service Team

The Service Team seeks to stir into flame the grace of Pentecost and to assist the various forms of Catholic Charismatic Renewal.  We facilitate cooperation among leaders as their groups encourage people in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and lead them to the baptism in the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Holy Spirit.  The Service Team seeks to maintain a body of unity and collaboration with the Bishop of Scranton as we work together to fulfill the mission of the diocese.
Praise the Lord!
Parishes:  Seeking to supplement your life in the Spirit??
The CCR Service Team is actively seeking parishes in th Diocese of Scranton that are interested in hosting a "Life in the Spirit Seminar."  After an intial meeting with the Pastor to secure his support, the Service Team will recruit a group of active CCR participants who will work closely with a core team of parish members to organize, promote and execute a six-week "Life in the Spirit Seminar." Such programs have already been conducted at Our Lady, Queen of Peace Parish in Brodheadsville, and All Saints in Plymouth.  If your Pastor or other parish leader would like informations on hosting a "Life in the Spirit Seminar, " please encourage them to contact the CCR office at 344-2214.
