PENTECOST CELEBRATION
May 31st, Doors open 8:30 am - Worship begins at 9 amSt Maria Goretti, Laflin
Come join us at St. Maria Goretti Church, (42 Redwood Dr, Laflin) for our Birthday Celebration!
Pentecost, the birth of the church, will be celebrated with praise and worship, a Holy Hour of Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, and messages from our speaker - Rev. Timothy Kennedy of Holy Ghost Parish in Jessup. Father Tim is a gifted speaker and will encourage and challenge us with two messages during the day!
There will be coffee and donuts in the morning and a lunch of pasta, roast chicken, and salad will be served with your choice of soda or water.
We will also hear a witness, and there will be individual prayer for healing and empowerment ending at about 3pm!

a relative, a neighbor, a fellow Parish member,
a co-worker, or a friend.
Ask the Lord to give you the courage to speak up and
invite them to the Celebration.
Spread the love and glory a life lived in the Spirit can bring!
Remember that "the same power that raised
Christ from the dead, lives in you!" (Romans 8:11)
You can do it!!!We will be taking a collection of socks and personal care items to
donate
to the shelter(s) in the area.
